So you might remember that in early July
I visited Fenneca Comics and walked out because the guy behind the counter was in such a long, involved conversation with another customer he just wasn't serving anyone else (there was a queue). Yeah but then I went back a few days later, and amongst other treats I bought this. It's cool! I thought we might read it together, what do you think? OK good.
So this is what I make of that:
Are you thinking what I'm thinking - 'what or who is Piggy to Kieku and vice-versa?' yeah good question, I have no answer. You might be thinking 'well that wasn't very funny', to which I say, true enough but it has an appeal nonetheless. To me anyway.
BTW: I admit the third panel caption has an element to it - something about the cold - which I just omitted in my translation because I didn't understand it. The rhyming couplet aspect of the captions I think might force the text into some slightly odd corners - ?
