It's from the Age TV and Radio Guide 26 September 1963 p. 1. People had to actually have their television sets physically 'converted' to receive Channel 0. Sick. Channel 0 offered an enticement in the form of an exciting new test pattern transmission to get people converting now and avoiding the rush.
