This afternoon Perry and I walked a different section of the Maribyrnong, near the Anglers, if that's what it's called, on the west bank. Most of the buildings seem to date from the 1960s.
This house (below) is super empty. I have never seen a house so empty.

So this stepped feature looks like it's at the end of the street doesn't it. Well it is. But there is a river inbetween. 
On the way back. 
Very satisfactory overall. Next time I think we will explore the hilly residential part near Highpoint, pretty sure I've never been there.
