impersonating a police officer

Ferdie in what was Charlie's coat. I don't think he's ever worn a coat before. He was certainly excited about it as a possibility, but even more excited when I tried to put one on Barry. Imagine! A dog with something on it! That is a situation that needs deconstructing.
