letter from Tim Hemensley late 1983
When I ran a fanzine I would extend the networking hand of friendship to almost everyone who also published small press things. This included Tim Hemensley, who at this time published a roneoed fanzine called Punk Purge. I am not sure we ever met. This letter came with an issue of Punk Purge dated October 1983.
