I have nothing in particular to say about this episode of Homicide, although I will tell you it was first shown 12 March 1974 i.e. exactly 49 years ago. I really only wanted to register for posterity that as far as I'm aware it's the only episode of Homicide in which the criminal (the titular Otto) got away. Also, as seen above, it featured another terrible newspaper fake. But the novelty of that has kind of withered and died.
