lielahti-central tampere walk











 The Uittotunnelli was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. I don't know why not.





 I mentioned this tower before. I have discovered more recently that it is a shot tower.



This museum is the uittotunnelli of museums. (Because it was closed when I went there. Only it actually is only mean to be open on weekends I think).
 I just like the incorporation of the english word 'punk' into the beginning of this street name. Sorry




 What I wanted to do was go around the lakeshore and get to the city, but around this point I discovered it was actually impenetrable, so I had to backtrack and use roads. This happened a couple of times in this area (Varala).


 I genuinely saw a van go into this opening in the rock, very Batman. 








By the time I got to the city (about ten minutes from here - maybe twenty) my feet were so sore I had to get a bus. It was about a four hour walk I'm guessing.
