Miller's weird Jesus Christ Superstar 'just the songs' events, with Angry Anderson, Kate Ceberano, Farnesy, I forget who else. Bob Hawke was a few seats away. What I mainly remembered was overhearing a woman at another seeing Derryn Hinch taking his seat and saying 'Oh well, that's life', because that's his catchphrase and that's what she thought passed for wit (I guess). He was much larger in person than I expected. I also went to a recital of Edith Sitwell's Façade read by Gough and Margaret Whitlam at the Melbourne Concert Hall.
